This Privacy Policy governs the processing and use of personal data of
users (hereinafter referred to as the Client) of the TicketGo.kz website
(hereinafter referred to as the Site).
By transferring personal and other data through the Site, the Client agrees
to the use of the transferred data under the conditions set out in this Privacy
Policy. In case of disagreement with the Privacy Policy, the Client is obliged
to stop using the Site. Starting to use the Site constitutes the Client’s
unconditional consent to this Privacy Policy.
1. Concepts used in this Privacy Policy
1.1. Client’s personal data is information provided by an individual or
legal entity independently when registering on the Site or in the process of
using it.
1.2. Registration – completion by the Client of the registration form
located on the Site to be able to use the full functionality of the Site.

2.2.1. Obliges to transfer reliable personal data to the Site.
2.2.2. Undertakes to use a strong password to access your account and not

2.2.3. The right to have free access to your personal data.
3. Other provisions
3.1. All possible disputes are subject to resolution in accordance with the
current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3.2. The site has the right to unilaterally change or supplement the
privacy policy without the Client’s consent.
3.3. This privacy policy is drawn up in accordance with the articles of the
Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
